Selecting vendors to purchase a product from or partner with is both a logical and emotional process.  Often looking at the selection criteria and adding up scores does not tell the whole story.  We believe that selecting a vendor and managing the delivery of their product or work is a critical process because, in most cases, significant amounts of money and risk are at play.

Our approach is focused on risk minimization.  While we do subscribe to a comprehensive selection criteria matrix approach, we also infuse other areas more akin to project management capabilities.  We help you with understanding which products or vendors make the cut and then which ones address areas of project risk in various ways.  Often, vendor selection ends at the score card which leaves many companies with failed implementations when risks materialize and the selected vendor is unable to mitigate the risk appropriately.

Once a vendor is selected, the real work begins.  Complex implementations require significant coordination and oversight.  This is often not accounted for in the resource and staffing plan but is critical.  We help our clients fill this void by providing significant experience and an unbiased results driven approach to projects.
