Blueprint is an advanced JSON deserialization engine for rendering Qooxdoo applications. It allows for serialization of complex application layouts and events using native JSON syntax. In addition, it exposes all of the Qooxdoo functionality automatically so you can take advantage of the latest capabilities without waiting for updates to Blueprint.

Blueprint supports the full Qooxdoo application widget stack and exposes a simplified event management layer for designers.

Designer is a rich internet application based on the Qooxdoo toolkit that provides a graphical design interface for JSON based structures. It enables the serialization of complex JSON. It was primarily developed to support Blueprint but we see it as a far broader application since it can manage JSON structures for anything, not just Blueprint.
